The Cash Vault is a dedicated wallet area inside your account where all deposits, withdrawals and credit allocations are tracked. It gives you a transparent ledger of every rupee that enters or leaves your account balance.

The Vault separates real-money deposits from promotional credits so you always know how much is withdrawable. The two lines cannot be merged — this protects you from accidentally spending real money you intended to keep aside.

Most UPI deposits reflect in the Cash Vault within a minute of confirmation from our payment provider. If a deposit is still showing as pending after five minutes, open live chat with the UPI reference number to hand.

Processing means the withdrawal has left the Cash Vault queue and has been submitted to the payment rail — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. At this stage it is in the bank or wallet's clearing system; the Vault will update once settlement is confirmed.

Withdrawals are returned to the same payment rail and account name used for your deposit as a security measure. If you need to update your payment details, contact support before raising a withdrawal request from the Cash Vault.

The default view covers the rolling 90 days. For earlier records, use the export function in the Cash Vault history panel to download a full statement in a structured format covering your entire account lifetime.
